Description
This is an in-engine (Torque Game Engine) shot of 10 objects available at
Garage Games for just $24.95.
Each object includes a full set of LODs, and eight of the objects include a secondary texture set. Also included is a fully functional exported Torque .dts file so all of these shapes can be dropped directly into the engine without any extra work.

Additional in-engine shots are available at the above link. I’d appreciate any feedback or questions you might have. Either post here or send mail to info@ffdigital.com

Thanks for your time,

Weston Tracy

Very nice!

Are the boxes and stuff ready modeled to be destructable?

I’m unsure of Torque’s internals, but it would be nice to offer some sort of litter generator, to easily cover levels/streets in litter that blows around a bit - a bit like the nice effect in GTA Vice City with the papers

The shapes do not include destructible meshes…I wanted to keep the price down, so I didn’t include anything that might not get used by the majority.

I’m not trying to knock you here. I think that the models look really good. I think you are way overpriced on this though. First you have to realize that someone purchasing your models may not want to use all of the models, only some of them. Second you can’t compare your price to that of having a contractor create models for someone. If I pay a contractor then the models created by the contractor become my exclusive property and can not be used anywhere else. Additionally the contractor is creating exactly what I want.

All in all these are good looking models. If you want to sell more you need to have a model pack containing a much larger variety of models though. Then you will appeal to more end users.

No, I think the convenience more than makes the cost perfect for the target market.
