I am having trouble when I try to use animation from 3dsmax in direct3d
environment. I can get stills and the first frame of an animated figure
to show up, but no animation! Where am I going wrong? I tried to read
the sdk help but it just gave me a headache. I make a scene in 3dsmax
and animate it, then I export it as a .3ds file, then I conv3ds it to an
.x file. I use the .x file in my directx environment, and then
what?—or am I doing it wrong?

I was doing something wrong before. When I read your previous reply, I
looked at it again and I started using -A; but it wasn’t working. I
tried it today, and ‘poof’ it works. Tried it several times and now it
is working fine. Thanks
