Halo Designer Launches New Game Development Company

Reuters is reporting that the designer behind Halo (the best-selling video game for the Xbox) is starting a new game development company. With less than a dozen staff, its aim is to develop games at a faster rate at a time where development costs are escalating. Alexander Seropian, the founder of Bungie Studios (which was acquired by Microsoft and made Halo), will use a core team to come up with game ideas and build working prototypes, and then go out and hire independent staffers to bring the idea to fruition.
