can you put the articles and links, inside the post instead of leading and ahead of them. it feels more like a newspaper than a forum

I second that, unfortunatley i have to admit that this new devmaster version looks a downgrade from the previous, the ads take a consistent space and the first page is a collection of links to articles. I really hope that the devmaster guys are at work on making a better site because in this way , is going to die pretty quick and the death will be slow and painfull , i hate to say this, i value this comunity of people much more than the articles, but the ship is sinking , before this change i had the feeling that the site was vibrant and alive, i cannot say this anymore, cmon guys….

Thanks for your feedback. The posts going to the link directly is now fixed.

What are things you could do with the old site that you can’t do with the new site? The same discussions that used to happen previously are still happening. Perhaps, it’s less than before, but it’s better to have quality than quantity. Also, the links to articles are a way for the community to share interesting and relevant content around the web, which again used to happen on the old forums as well.

We’re open to feedback and improvements if you have ideas.

We recently made a change to have post links to go to the post directly. I just noticed that the default of going to the post wasn’t applied to all users. It’s now fixed. This is also configurable from your user settings.
