source sdk maps + third party engine

can I make a map in source sdk export it as 3ds max file and then use it in my opengl program?

Are you asking if you can legally do it, or technically? Legally, I would think that the map is yours, but the textures are probably copyrighted.

Well I was planning on using my own textures for most things. but yeah technically I meant.and thanks

They use their own file format.
