I am learning Python as I have been told that it is a reletively easy
language to start learning basic game design. However, I am having
trouble with conflicting versions of python as some tutorials support .3
and others .2 so I have downloaded both versions, but now I cannot
figure out how to change from my default version 2.7.3 to 3 and vise
I have tried typing the following in my Python shell -
c:\python33\python.exe and /user/local/bin/python-3 but both return
errors. Both my python versions are on the C:\ drive. I have been told
that a virtual environment is a possible way round this but I would much
rather keep it simple and know what the syntax is to just change

You may want to do a search on setting environmental variables in
Windows or whatever you are using. If you are familiar with the command
line then you can use:
which will set the path for only that session. You could make a little
batch file so you wouldn’t have to type it each time.
