Game AI Standards Committee (AIISC) Adding New Members

Some years of busy work are behind us, and it's time to replace some positions that have become vacant over time. Thus, it's your chance to join the Artificial Intelligence Interface Standards Committee (AIISC), and leave your mark in the standardization process!

If you are interested in joining our committee, please provide us with the following information (in plain ASCII text):

- Name, e-mail address, company/affiliation
- Which working groups you'd be interested in: Working Group on Finite State Machines; Working Group on Goal-oriented Action Planning; Working Group on Pathfinding; Working Group on Rule-based Systems; Working Group on Steering; Working Group on World Interfacing; Support Team
- Why you think you would be a good addition to the committee
- Industry: List of game titles (including your role)
- Academia: List of related publications/projects
- Preferably also a personal reference and a list of active involvements in "common good" type projects

Send to: Alexander Nareyek <alex@ai-center.com>
Deadline: February 20, 2006 (Monday)

Please only consider an application if you are sure that you have the time to actively contribute (something like 1-2 hours/week). More information about the committee and its work can be found at: http://www.igda.org/ai/

Best regards,

Alexander Nareyek
