Wizaid adds Culling of Dynamic Objects

Wizaid's Visor SDK is a visibility culling tool targeted for video games and simulation. In addition to the rapid culling of static geometry, Visor now also supports culling of dynamic objects using runtime visibility oracles. An oracle knows all about global visibility, and can be queried for the visibility status of a chosen object.
