GPGPU Shallows v0.90 Library Released

The first public release of Shallows is now available. The Shallows library is a cross platform C++ layer on top of OpenGL 2.0 and GLSlang (and optionally Nvidia CG), designed to ease the task of writing GPGPU applications. The library requires Shader Model 3.0 to work properly.
