3D Edit: A DX9 Hardware Accelerated Video Editor

Hexus.net has put up a review that takes a look at 3D Edit, a unique video editing program that harnesses the power of graphics cards via Direct3D 9. It uses the DX9 API to perform things such as 3D transitions and shader-based filters. The entire interface of the program is rendered through Direct3D, and all its video effects are powered by DirectX 9 Shaders. Who said DirectX is just for games?
