Bump Map Compression Whitepaper

NVIDIA has posted a whitepaper about various methods for compressing bumpmaps. Although DXT compression schemes have done a good job with color textures, they were not designed for compression of normal map images. However, with programmable pixel shader hardware, several options are now available for developers that solve some of these issues. This is the focus of the whitepaper.
