UCF, Electronic Arts Prepare to Develop Video Game Academy

The University of Central Florida and Electronic Arts have announced plans to create a training academy for video game software. The planned UCF Interactive Entertainment Academy would open in Fall, 2005 backed by a $4.2 million grant from the State of Florida. The university is planning on putting the academy in downtown Orlando hoping to turn out 100 graduates a year.
