May 14, 2007 - Richardson Texas -- Annosoft, a leading supplier of automatic lipsync technologies for games, has announced the availability of the Realtime Lipsync SDK for the Xbox 360 console.
The Realtime Lipsync SDK makes player to player communication come alive. The SDK decodes microphone audio and generates phonetical data to drive facial animations. The SDK generates very low-bandwidth information, making it a good fit for massively multiplayer gaming.
The Realtime Lipsync SDK provides 10 different configurations to manage the CPU footprint of the speech processor. The configurations can be changed during game play, and range from 6% CPU utilization to 1% CPU on the Xbox 360.
