3DSMax has "Unify Normals" that will convert all triangles to the same winding. I would try that.

Well, one advice I will give is to remove or at least make it very easy at that login popup -- which implies a form asking for name, login, password, email, etc.
Most people (including myself) will just close the window and continue to the next post, without seeing your game.
