Early this year, good news from China that Ministry of Culture issued Culture Industry Multiplication Plan during the 12^th Five-Year Plan period(hereinafter referred to as the Multiplication Plan), in which entertainment industry was included in the eleven industries with key state support. It means that entertainment market plays an important role in current national economy.

On the basis of the Multiplication Plan, Ministry of Culture will, during the 12^th Five-Year Plan period, endeavor to offer assistant to the construction of 5 to 10 recreational brands with a relatively large scale and strong competitive strength. In the meantime, it is also scheduled to promote self-dependent innovation in this line for a domestic market share of over 60% by entertainment equipments and original entertainment content.

It's said that annual sales revenue of games and amusement products reaches 58.05 billion Yuan, accounting for about 60.6% of the entire game industry in China, including large amusement machines, home consoles and handheld game consoles.
