Hi I currently require the help of a 2d artist to help with designing just between one to three 48 x 96 pixel size character artwork for a game I am working on. Graphic artist needed for making map tiles

Hi. I'm currently looking for a graphic artist who knows how to create hexagonal map tiles to help me create some.
He doesn't need to create new images, mostly just editing. The terrain graphics already exist, he simply needs to help cut different select pieces of terrain art into hex grids of a fixed size.
I require variations for each terrain type so there is a large number of tiles this job entails. estimation 70 different tiles.
I am hoping to find a hobbyist skilled in and willing to do this. As this may take a little time, I am willing to offer a small compensation for the time spent.

Hi I am an indie developer working to create a web browser mmo strategy game alike travian/glory of fellowland.
The team currently consists of myself, the developer and game designer, 2 programmers.
All graphics work are done by hiring free lance graphic artists.
This project is considered a big undertaking and I am looking to hire dedicated, motivated programmers to work within a tight time schedule.
The programmers are required to have more or less the following skill sets:
Javascript
HTML
CSS
JQuery
Ajax
PHP
MySQL
Full-time preferred.
