I'm not sure if this thread fits in here but i'll go with my question.
Can I make games with Flash in 3d or maybe 2d?
I have skills in making flash applications

One of the first video games was designed for an oscillator at some polar research station... It was a variant of pong, and one used the oscillator controls to move the paddles.

Point being: You can write games with any programming interface and system you are comfortable with, you just can't exceed the limitations of said system.

As you said you have skills in flash, you probably also know what you can and can't do within that, so you should also know if that is enough for the game idea you have.

If the question still is too difficult to answer, perhaps have a google for flash games, people have been developing (mostly small, but sometimes entertaining) arcade games in flash for quite some time.

Hope this helps,

Cheers,

Some call me mathematician, some just call me computer guy. Yet, I prefer the term professional weirdo :)

You can do either, but you have to have the skill to do them first.
