I have a question: If I use the NN tool box of Matlab, how many inputs and output I can create in the feedforward network. Because I want to create a NN with 50 inputs and 200 outputs, can I do it?

Why don't you just try it and see? This is kind of a silly question to ask a forum, isn't it?

In theory I don't see why you couldn't. I mean just look at some of the crazy ANN chart representations there are out there. I mean some guy tried to connect like 2 million inputs to an ANN to see if he could get something as complex as a cat. (Didn't work.) But like Reedbeta said, unless you are working on something that can potentially harm you or your computer, like tweaking Windows on your own or something, just try it and the worst that could happen is your program getting either a run time error, a logical error, or a compiler error. None of which are to complicated to work out if you documented your code well and have someone fresh to help you stare into the glowing screen for a little bit.

<NOTE> Errors can be very hard to work out, but not as hard as, say, reconfiguring Windows after screwing it up.
