I got a wired problem. It's not game or gfx related, but I have searched everywhere without any success. So, I am trying it here.

I am working on a web application using c#. The problem is this. I am generating an html page and save it on the hd. When I want to open the generated html page over the internet (not local from my pc) I have a strange behaviour. Whoever accesses the html page the first time will get a 404 page not found error. However, it's only for the one who accesses it the first time. After that for anyone else it works just fine. And there is one more wired thing going on. If I open the file explorer, so that I can see the page has been generated, it works on the first try as well. But if I have the file explorer closed (or not have the focus on the directory with the generated files) it only works after the first time anyone tries to open the html page. Obviously I would want it to work right away. Anyone any ideas how to solve the problem? Any hints are greatly appreciated.
