We are Insanity Ward, a group of enthousiasts busy on making a mod for ut 2004called All Out Fairy Tale (http://www.alloutfairytale.net).
All Out Fairy Tale is a cross-over shoot'm/beat'm up set in a disturbing and twisted fairy tale setting which reveals the true,
childunfriendly backdrops of the original stories. Combined with fictitious, fantasy and reallife examples we have created a double-layered
universe where well known fairy tale characters battle it out for survival.
The game will feature many special features and our goal is to create a mod/game that tries to reach the professional level. We will try to
innovate some gameplay and make sure the players will have a fun time playing, not neglecting the gamer who wants a tad more then mere
brainless shoot'n run. For detailed information about the mod you can surf to the website and consult the FAQ
(http://www.alloutfairytale.net/faq.htm) and Concept pages (http://www.alloutfai...net/concept.htm). A small summary of it is that you
will be able to choose out of a number of fairy tale characters who will fight eachother by any means necessary, like a true street fighter.
Set in a semi-tournament the players will battle for victory on a singular or teambases by using not only weapons but also special moves,
traps, and wit.
We are currently looking for modellers (amongst others) to bring our Enchanted World alive. We are looking for dedicated people who like to
model, that will help us being All Out Fairy Tale up in the charts. Our modteam is small but dedicated and we have come a long way but the
road is still long to walk and we can use any help possible. Modellers joining our team will be able to walk across several paths as either a
character model, static mesher, mesher or weapon/item modeller. Here are some of the character models we tend to create:
http://www.alloutfairytale.net/images/char...itsnowwhite.gif
Snow White, seductrice and temptress who holds her 7 Dwarves mentally captive.
http://www.alloutfairytale.net/images/char...trait7goats.gif
The 7 Goats weren't the nice and friendly goats menaced by the big bad wolf, the true story is much more hellish.
http://www.alloutfairytale.net/images/char...eauty&beast.gif
The curse was never uplifted for the Beast and his Beauty and they are out for vengeance for their suffering.
http://www.alloutfairytale.net/images/char...itpeterpann.gif
Peter Pann never was the same after Hook alledgedly killed Wendy and her daughter, Pann's rage has targeted many but his true enemy still
sails around.
Weapon modellers have the choice of a large arsenal ranging from normal weapons to swords and daggers and even a big piece of ham. We will
tend to create a semi-deus EX environment for weapons where almost anything can be used as a weapon. How we will acclompish that?? With the
help of you modellers and the use of some common sense. Static meshers have an equal great chance to use their creativity as they are the
ones that will give the Enchanted World it's form.
Although we are still young we have come a long way, conceptwise we don't have anything to solve anymore besides some minor details and the
several department all have their hands full, we even have a soundtrack available from our talented musical artists.
For people that are interested in this position (as modeller or any other position (http://www.alloutfai...ewtopic.php?t=8)

Hoping to see many of you soon!
