Which language do you suggest me to use, java or c++?

C++ is best. For learning begin with C and then proceed to C++.

Ewww! Don't start with C++. Start with something easy like Python then work your way up to Java and then C++.
There are freely downloadable textbooks for all three at the Green Tea Press website. (Just scroll down and look for the "How to Think Like a Computer Scientist" series.
