MadGameDesign, also referred to as MGD, is looking for various positions to be filled.

• What does MadGameDesign do?
  MadGameDesign is a relatively new indie game programming company focused on making games that people can enjoy. We prefer quality over quantity.
  
  
  
• What types of games will MGD be working on?
  I cannot say anything for sure, but I mainly want to focus on the genres RPG, FPS, Action-Adventure. Maybe later down the road we may work on some Online Games.
  
  
  
• Who is in MGD's target audience?
  Our target audience will mainly be focused on the ages between 13 - 30, though anyone is free to play our games. I do not plan on making any Children games or for that matter any Adult Only games. So one can conclude we are aiming for T and M, with maybe a few E and no AO, hopefully.
  
  
  
• Who are you looking to recruit?
  I am are currently looking for anyone interested in the following...
  Programming - C++ and/or PHP
  Public Relations - People good at typing and spelling in English.
  Intellectual Property - Those that don't mind giving their Ideas away.
  
  At the moment we are not looking for Moderators, Testers, or anything of the sort.
  
  
  
• Compensation?
  I will not guarantee any permanent compensation, but I do plan on giving a percent of the monthly revenue from advertisements to employees. This may be a few cents or a few thousand dollars(USD) depending on how many hits we get. The income we get from our games and software will go to those that helped in the making. Please note that this may change in the future.
