i need to automate a billing system on a webpage, are there webservices
for asp.net that do it?
or is it some other black dark code in some other wierd language, that barely
anyone knows...

Credit card services are everywhere, but I managed to find a service that send invoices and pre-pay it to a bank account. Unfortunately, it seems they only operate here in Sweden.

is a service the only alternative?

and a quick question, what if someone fakes a bill somehow
then completely copies the invoice exactly and sends that to you... is that possible?
so he gets something for nothing, and it busts everything up.
