This seems to be a very good idea. It would be a good thing if this could break the power of current science journals.
If Prolog is the answer, what is the question ?

argh...it doesn't look like there's any guarantee of peer review at all...
an alternative to the already overcrowded journals would be welcome, but we need to be able to keep out the crackpots.

I agree. So far there is only a youtube like commenting system, which isn't really up to a peer review process, but maybe they will come up with something over time. Once people start using this, they will demand a peer review system for sure
