Hello, I need someone who can help me create a multiplayer action combat vehicle game. I want it to be a cross between mario kart/diddy kong racing and twisted metal style demolotion game (cartoon violence, no gore and extreme gore). Anyone that can help me or direct my way to someone who can help, would be greatly appreciated.

Furthermore it is likely not specific enough to attract the attention of the type that you are requesting. Do you need a 3D modeler, pixel artist, or a programmer? Probably all of the above since you don't seem to be too familiar with the design processes of games.
For starters, look at the source code of Tux Racer and, if it looks easy to you, there's hope. Otherwise, I'd advise starting with something simpler.
