Very slow and unresponsive in many cases. I was hoping for a bit more than this. Is this beta? - However, the system requirements may be more than what I am running right now:
AMD 64 4000+
2 GB RAM
Radeon X850 XT

Besides the broken link and the fact that I couldn't install it for a single user, it runs just fine on my computer.

AMD 64 3000+
1 GB RAM
Mobility Radeon 9700

It's loaded with spiders and other freaky multi-legged creatures. After installing it I had to call up the fumigator to remove the infestation. In other words, the demo has some bugs causing it to crash ;)

Overall I think what you're doing is reputable. Its practically non-existent to see proper phonemic expressions portrayed by 3D characters. Some get away with it by whiplashing the artists to do, but for someone to put effort into a pure mathematical solution has promise. Your algorithm needs a little more work, but I can only recommend you keep at it.

BTW, is that your mug shot? =)

Haha, the text "hello i am the king of sweden" on the screenshot made me google for it when I saw the first post, I thought "oh, is Sweden a monarchy?". But he looks quite similar to the picture I saw on wikipedia. I first thought that the 3D model was bad, but its actually quite accurate, he just looks that way :D (I hope I didn't insult any swedish people ;) )
