Not only do I think they delete whatever threads they feel like deleting and then make up reasons for the Deletion. But sometimes the deleting of the thread is VERY VERY VERY OBSURD. **There are no "Written" rules about posting here...NOR is there a specific line to cross that would make any questions/threads "undelete-able".

Admins and mods...when you become: "Retards" with moody-decision making, it is a BAD THING.

DID I NOT post it in the section that states, "a place to chat about anything you feel like" ?
...well, I felt like chatting about "recruiting" and there is NOT a written rule that states "No Recruiting"...so how am I to know that I should not make recruiting posts ?..ESPECIALLY IN A SECTION CALLED "CHAT ABOUT ANYTHING YOU FEEL LIKE!!!"

no new tutorials, bad forum mods/unwritten rules, the deleting of posts from people who just want a little help(but their post is not "good" enough to be "liked and answered"

Hehe, nice to see you have a sense of humour. Seriously though, you know that posting a rant like that is never going to have any effect. Obviously you feel that this site could be better and you want to have some input, but there are better ways of doing this. I don't know if you would be willing to contribute directly to improving the site (maybe that's more time and effort than you're willing to spare), but offering criticism in a way that is civil is more likely to influence the people who can make those changes.

A while ago, due to recruitment requests clogging up the forum, we made it policy to delete them and provide a forum for non-commercial announcements. I'm sorry that this policy is poorly documented, but we have every reason and right to enforce it.

Having a thread deleted is not such a big deal that you have to scream and moan all over the forum. We too are more than aware that more content is needed. That comes from people donating their knowledge and time, not posting swear words.

Yes, if I include something like "1+1=2" in my post I also use facts. The point is that you have to make the right conclusions using those facts. I can't really say you're an idiot because 1+1=2, now can I?

Your facts:
- a closed thread
- a private message from one of the moderators
- the fact that that particular rule wasn't written

Your conclusion:
- the admins are horrid and this forum smells of idiots

In essence, yes. In practice, no, there's also such a thing as good discussion etiquette and trolling or flaming, and the topicstart is more of the latter category. Well in my opinion at least. You can disagree with the rules or a specific action a moderator took, but just saying we all stink doesn't get you anywhere

Then again anyone can take insults, no matter the words or the intent. My intent surely wasn't to insult him, I was giving him advice on how to make decent complaints (and personally, I am offended if someone says "you're an idiot", but not if someone says "you're behaving like an idiot because of [reason]". Of course, it would be an error of judgement on my part if I expected that others react in the same manner, which is kind of what I did)

This was not an arbitrary decision by any means. All recruitment posts here are deleted and their posters are PM'd with the same message you received. You're the only one who has reacted in such a way. (Hmm, what do you think that says about you...?)

I'm not going to ban you, as I don't think you are a real troll, you just needed to get your anger out (though I'll suggest to you that in future you limit yourself to ONE rant thread, and as .oisyn has mentioned, I'd suggest also a less childish presentation).
