When using .NET CF 1.0 i have a problem with textboxes, I set background color, which should apply to whole textbox area (I use multiline ones), but it applies only to the area under the text itself, the remaining area "remembers" the colors/pictures that were there before getting textboxes visible (picture, or menu, or some other text). Under .NET CF 2.0 everything is fine, but 2.0 is too heavy for Smartphones with WM5, and not compatible with WM2003.
If you know how to get this done, please help me.
