NVidia SDK subd.lib

Hi!
I'm trying to compile the "Dynamic Ambient Occlusion" demo of the NVidia SDK.

It says: "fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'subd.lib'"

Does anybody know where to get this library? I cannot find anything on the web ...
