Texture-mapping in ray-tracers

Time for your help guys. I'm doing some ray-tracing recently and i comed to texture mapping but i don't have much time to search for resources and etc. So that's actually what i need - some links to some articles or/and tutorials on that subject.

P.S.

Please excuse my laziness but i'm in the net only 5 mins per day and not every day even!

you know, actually the great thing about a raytracer is that you can work out everything for yourself :) at least for the simple things. but that should keep you busy for a while...
If Prolog is the answer, what is the question ?
