I realize this isn't anything majorly important, but the : offtopic : smiley is horribly ugly. See example:

:offtopic:

The HTML it generates is:

<img src="images/smilies/offtopic.gif"

     border="0"

     alt=""

     title="<img src="images/smilies/ohmy.gif"

     border="0"

     alt=""

     title=":o"

     class="inlineimg"

     />fftopic:" class="inlineimg" />

(Newlines added for readability)
At least on Firefox, but I'm betting this isn't browser specific.

Ah!

look at the title-tag. It's supposed to say title=":offtopic:", but the ":o"-part is replaced by another smiley; the ohmy.gif ":o" symbol...

Maby the simple smileys should be disabled altogether? I allways find it annoying when you get unintended smileys in the cpp code.

Well, I don't mind the smileys. And for code, you should be using the [ code ] tags anyhow.

Hmm. I could swear I have seen smileys in code blocks...
