Hi !
can anyone help me on theoretical foundation of GAs and how GA works(theoretically). I' ve read "An Introduction to Genetic Algorithms" from "Melanie Mitchell" but I need more explainations.

If it is more explainations is it really the "theory" you need? I have found the book Machine Learning by Tom M. Mitchell a very good start to new techniques. It will give you background and depth. A warning is that it requires some understanding of maths.
