www.dhost.info/realityfactory/

EDIT: or www.truevision3d.com
I want to make a game as good as Elder Scrolls oblivion with no programming, just point&click. If it's not possible, I want a team of programmers I'd be able to order around. After all, I'm a n00b.

I started in flash, and so hopefully understand your position. You can impliment 3d in flash. It requires a lump of code to start going, but it fast enough for you to experiment and learn about 3d in a language you know. It'll teach you lots about how 3d works, which is really important if you want to create 3d stuff in more advanced languages like C++.

I think that the aforementioned realityfactory and truevision3d are not the right thing for you. To use them you'll need to learn a new language, and understand 3d engines, which is best done after you've made some simple 3d yourself.

If you wish to move onto another language, you could learn C, Java, C++, C# or Python for example. You could write OpenGL or DirectX (ways of telling the graphics card what to do) code in those languages, and learn plenty along the way.
