Worthy successor of SourceForge, or Microsoft trying to control the open-source world?

Hehe. All of the projects so far (<15) are tied to M$ products.
For example:
  • IronPython: "...new Python programming language implementation running on the .NET Framework."
  • Commerce Starter Kit (CSK): "The Commerce Starter Kit (CSK) is a free, open source e-commerce storefront written specifically for ASP.NET 2.0."
It would be funny to start a blatantly anti-Microsoft project and see what they do about it. ;)

Not only projects, but tools you need to access or, gasp, collaborate to the damn thing.

Ok, I get it. They're just using this to sell Visual Studio.
