No name game: The no name game, currently under development by Hares Studio.
Hares Studio is a small indie development group (not officially a company yet) comprised of enthusiastic and skilled members, dedicated to the game and the team.
There are two main goals that everyone on the team shares: 1. Enhance the overall experience of adventure through realism and excitement. Not a moment in the story or gameplay should be without emotion or suspense. 2. Learn the ways of game development, and gain experience possibly for a future in the industry.
Target aim:
1) retail
2) online retail
3) online Sales (mounthly fee)
Compensation:
- Exclusive credit for your work, both in-game and on the official website.
- Percent of the game's profit, after satisfying the publisher's/distributor's cut and the engine authors' cut.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to pay our team upfront at the moment.

Target platform - Windows
Artist tools – 3DS MAX, etc...

3D Buildings/Level Designer - 2

Do you have any idea how unrealistic this your project is? I suggest you to do some research on similar startups to realize this by yourself ;)

Hi,
Im quite interested in joining this team, I've been playing around with game engines and game dev for about a year now and I think its time I did something solid.
Why do you think this is unrealistic?

Honestly, try getting a few medium-sized projects under your belt, and it will become self-evident.
Trust me, I'm sure a lot of us had to learn that the hard way. I know I did, but here I am 4 years later and rockin' :-)

Learn, yes. Thats why i put such topic and edit it. Becouse i got made buzines plan for game dev. studio, but as u said and i now i need experience, thats why i did that. Without experince i cant do nothing and i need it.
