For some ultra realism, try http://www.open3dproject.org
If you have access to a program called "Poser", animating stuff is a total breeze. If not, well, at least you have 30K polygonal models to play with =P

If your talking about old school isometric stuff, which i doubt:P,
check out Reiner's Tilesets.

Hes got a LOT of tiles, textures, and sprites for a good, old school rpg:P

I like oldschool, as you may notice as i post more and more rubbish:P
