Hey, guys and girls!
I've seen a lot of those games now... And I've began to wonder where they all get their games?
I doubt they make it on their own, because almost all of the ones I've seen look all alike :)
Some positive answers would be nice
Best regards,
Your not so known friend,

Erra this is your lucky day that I decided to search on google and I found this forum that has a link to my game. Anyhow that url changed to http://www.rok.promisance.co.uk/dq because my domain is screwed up but it will be changing to www.dqprg.org momentarily and as for your question for how I get games I code for them and just collect them. DQ is actually mostly made by me and RoK is completely from scratch and made by me. My msn is xzypher_69@hotmail.com if you would like to get some games I have about 10 different ones.

Note: in my post below, I assume you know PHP/MySQL.. at least at a novice level.
KillMonster is what I recommend you use. It's what I based my first PHP web-based RPG on. The source code is very simple because it's not a very complex game. Just throw a bunch of stuff in the source out of there and write in your own. When I wrote my RPG based off of that source code, most of the only stuff I ended up keeping was stuff like the registration and login scripts and the basic foundations for some MySQL tables.
Well, if you're looking for something with a battle system and stats and everything already coded, that's not what you want. If you actually want to write the RPG yourself, use that game's source code as an example or a foundation.
