anyway, 2 kids were firing a rifle on a highway or something and they hit someone "by accident" and the guy died. The kids are saying that they didnt mean to hurt anyone and that they were inspired by grand theft auto to do what they did. Now take two is being sued for making the game. WalMart is being sued for selling the game and sony for just being sony

The lawyer that is handling the case is one that has put blame on the videogame industry in the past as well. What does this have to do with videogames anyway? Can you sue the gun maker for making the gun? or sue the kids parents for making the kids? It's ridiculous. If you ask me the parents are the ones that should be sued if for anything. They should've been aware of what their children were buying and playing. GTA is clearly rated M. That means mature which is *usually* 17/18+ Which these teens were clearly not.
What is this world coming to where people dont even take responsibility for their own actions? :sigh: [/rant]
Also now maybe a class action could take place :/
