Hey looking for a programmer who knows C language for making a 2d game, just for fun. I have been planning game ideas, plots, etc for about a week now, and i have knowledge in graphics....but nothing in programming. If you'd like to kill some time, and see what we can put together message me.

You probabaly won't find anyone willing to join you as of yet. It dosn't look like you have a design plan or anything and I know that you're thinking of just coming up with the ideas together but there's not that many programmers that'll join your project with you just having a few ideas. I've found out the hard way that you have to have something to show before anyone will even consider joining you that's actually competant.

I always wanted to make a street fighter clone, I can whip up the code on the order of weeks, but I need you to do the artwork.

That sounds like a fun project; just don't make it a "MMO Street Fighter Clone"! ;)
I'd be interested in working on the AI as a learning project. :geek:

:lol: It is a funny coincidence. The only reason I responded was that CobraLionz suggested something I am interested in doing. Most importantly, it would be a short and simple project.

Sounds okay but you need more information. As already stated it doesn't look like you have a design yet.
