I use Yahoo for my email account, and they used to support POP3, but now you have to pay for it :( .

I use my own mail-server (POP3), a webmail system (nocc) and on my workstation Outlook 200 (this is a mistake, I know ;) ).

Hotmail and Yahoo can be recieved via Mail Client like Outlook and etc through HTML ;)

I've never liked using hotmail/yahoo. Although I don't keep my email address secret, I haven't had one piece of spam in the last 6 months - no filtering. However, with hotmail, my account is overflowing with spam, even though I've never put it on the web anywhere.

I use many - I imagine most of us do.
I have a yahoo account mainly as a dummy account. my first university uses pop3 and the one I'm at now uses imap. I use mozilla-thunderbird [mozilla mail client] with bayesian filtering for spam cuz I get a lot.

i have no spamming problems myself anymore. even on hotmail! hehe.
