we need 3d modeler can do this:
1.can create 3d object, 3d character (realistic characters we dont want too cartoony and make it very detail)
2can animate the stuff he made
3. can do 3d mapping knows how to texture maps
the game prograss actually goes well but we kind have arrgument on wat the game should be like the fighting eather turn based or pvp but right now we are not worry about it our first thing is to make the network engine working so ppl can save info,chat,create char and can walk arround thats all we want to accomplish for right now up to next week hopefully can finish and after that i need to find 3d modeler so we can get the graphic going we also have to discuss wat the game should be affter finish

I don't understand your post. You want an awesome 3D modeler, who can do just about anything (e.g: create realistic humans, animate then and texture map them). You want that, so you can create a network engine in a week?
Sorry, but I guess I am the first one to shater your derams. Network engine will not be made in a week. Premade network engine will not be implemented in a week. You will not manage to build a client that can have people walking and talking and creating characters and saving info... in a week.
Now, you do not have a design document. That can be said from the fact you don't know whether your combat will be turn based or PvP. I have to say, I don't quite understand what you mean. Are you aware that PvP stands for "Player vs. Player" It is quite possible, and has been done to have turn based PvP combat. The opposite of turn based combat is called realtime, which is impractical for an MMORPG (of which I assume this thread is about). Now, if you don't know wat[sic] the game will be like after it is finshed, heaven forbid, don't make it in the first place!!
I am not trying to discourage you, I don't need to, someone else will, I just want you to turn around and think realistically. Can you (or indeed anyone else on your team) spell, let alone program? Read some books, learn to program, take in a development community from the background (find what they like and don't like). Make a few games, make some more games, then try to make an MMORPG.

Can you talk a little bit more about the project besides who you need?
Is it a commercial project or is it work-for-free project? What's the idea of your project? What kind of game is it? Fantasy based? Sci-fi? Reality?
