irrlicht-osg and opengl2.0 queries

can anyone tell me how the osg's scenegraph be implemented in the irrlicht opengl's scenegraph and is osg's scenegraph is more eaily upgradeable to opengl 2.0 standards than the irrlicht's opengl's render.
