can somebody tell me the technologies and concept behind a MMORPG?
i would appreciate if somebody can tell me how to start to think on picturing some of this type of games.

If you have to ask, you're not ready to even consider writing one. An MMORPG is so far out of even seasoned programmers' comfort zones that it is probably vastly unreasonable for you to be thinking about it.
Get started with C++ and a decent graphics library, and go make smaller, simpler, fun* games.
