Sorry to be blunt, but do you know what you're asking/doing? The fact that you are not sure what you need, and say that you'll be in charge of 'layout', which is a vague term...Do you mean game design? If you're rounding up a team then they'll want to know what they're doing, and you better have credentials - Don't want to waste peoples time now, do you.
I say, get to know the industry a little better (Time it takes for projects, approximate funding, team management skills, TIME management skills, etc ... ). I'm assuming you want to be the Project manager if you're putting cash into it - and the game designer if you want to dictate what the 'layout' will be like.
I'm sorry for being blunt - But people aren't going to jump onto your team if you've only got vague ideas/layouts.
Post more info next time, and include your previous experience (If none - then an MMORPG is not for you yet)

thank you for that.... yes its true ppl will not.. but i got the layout and the basic idea of how it will look and work. I know what i need and what it will cost.. but i need the ppl power to make it happen as i said i my self dont know the programing/graphics part....
I have never done a mmorpg befor..... My part in this will be just financial and influance of how the game will look and what it will do.... thats why im looking for a full team that can take it from a paper to a 3d working beta.
If anyof you have played Line Age2 http://lineage2.com/ looking at the same idea for graphics, ful 3d not fixed...
I do beta testing for mmo's from ultima to runescape, conquer, thang,Mu,and priston tale......
so far i know that i need.... someone that can program in c++ or another comp. lang. A graphic programer, someone that can make a client server, sound editor and a writer.... as for the programs i know i need an engine a server, 3d module maker, mappers... and the rest is why i need you to join me and make it work.
in the end we all get payed :)

Please don't take our cynicism as an offence towards you - you must understand we see many mmorpg project requests, and it's hard to separate the ones that will succeed from the ones that fail.
If my manner has offended you, I'm sorry .

Whoa. He was gone fast.
I was curious about lots of things, but he was gone before I even saw the post. Things like: What is the salary range? What time commitment are you looking for? Do you expect people to relocate? What is the time scope of the project? What advertising processes will be used to ensure financial success? Which (if any) resources are already in place? And a bunch of other questions.
But... he is gone. Too bad.

Ok.. Lets start this over. I see that there might be a chance that you could understand what im looking for. Ill tell you a little about my self, Im 24, Born in Romania moved to Canadian, male, in school for P.I Private Detective. I have played and tested betas as long as i can remember. At the moment im testing out Conqueronline (lvl 110 archer)(lvl 106 trojan) the consept and the set up of the game is great, the pvp system is good, its balanced.
Anyway, Everything starts with an idea. like i said before, I cant make a beta or a full game of anykind because im lacking the skills. What i dont lack is team work and a imagination. The game is built how it will work, what it will do, stats of all player types/monsters, citys, maps, all i need is to sit down with the team when its put together to workout a lvling system and a new pvp sys. you will understand why im looking for a new lvling/pvp system when i present the project.
Ok here is a a little of what the project will be... You start in a world of 9 kingdoms. where you have your city around the castle so on.. What make it great and difrent from other games is...when you start your way everything that they do and not do will afect them in a way. like i said before look at www.lineage2.com the world will be big ( think about earth millions of years ago) everyone can claim land/mines/caves/portals.. so on Guilds/teams/freinds are normal options.. as for monsters i cam up with a great new spawning system same as for the quests (they will be the new age of game quests) Updates on the game( speciat events and such) also i worked out a new system for it, pvp, lvling, and also the weapons and aromur/items also made a new system....
What time commitment??????? well im looking at about 1 year to max 1 1/2 for the beta, but as we all know time isnt always nice to us.... after the beta is out to public im looking at 6months to a 1year thats on how well it does and how long it will take us to fix bugs/and what ever needed.
Cash????? Well here it is My funds at the moment are 18k
need to sit and talk to the 5-8 ppl that will join me and find out what is wanted and we will come to a settelment.
advertising?????? I have my own .com site ... i run it on php... atm its for my guild.. Will use it for the main site of the project.. i run a dc++ server also could also advertise..
and the rest me and a team could do it....
Now plz post if you are interested in this and we will go on msn or teamspeak and will talk some more about it..... im looking to start this as soon as posible.
and yes id like to get all im one place and work from same office it will make things easyer

Good luck with that for sure.
Do you have any ideas what game engine you will be using? 3D? 2D? Do you know what kind of network infrastruture you will be using? costs?
I'm asking those questions because they are very critical to starting the project and scope of costs, especially for a MMOG. We've gone through those pains. Trust me it's not easy.
