Hi, I've noticed that sometimes the developer snapshot is a bit boring, as what it shows has been seen many times before. How about also showing an engine thumbnail from featured engine there? It'd be nice to see, and get more traffic to the engine database :)

I personally second that. But it should be independant engines that are shown, not commercial ones.

Or maybe just have a seperate box on the side that has a featured engine of the day.

well what's the point of showing pictures of the unreal 3 engine? Everyones already seen them, and they have a few hundred thousand bucks to spend on marketing and all. Seems unnecessary.

plus the smaller independant indie engines are the ones that could use the extra exposure.

That's a good idea Ed Mack. This should at least give some life to the dev snapshot feature :D
