Hey all
Yes i am not at all versed on dx at all. I was looking for dx help in google and this site poped up. Can you guys help me? I have several games that will not play anymore, battlefield 1942 and starwars jedi outcast. I had recently downloaded dx 9.0c and when doing dx tests in direct 3d the system hangs while testing dx 7 interfaces, just like the games, after about a minute or so.

Should I dload dx 7, dx 8, then 9.oc? I hope it does not come to that but if that is what it takes that is what I will do. Thanks Jim
