Disney's Find Your Way To Oz WebGL app was released yesterday and it's quite good. It's more of an HTML5 tech demo than a promotion of their upcoming movie IMO, but it's still quite impressive. Nice visuals, utilizes web audio and web video. A full tech writeup is also provided here.

Didn't work for me. I have very old hardware. I tried Firefox out of curiosity, and it did a little better. I saw the 3d world a little, but many graphics problems.
Currently using Blender and Unity.

I have to say that i was skeptic about this webgl stuff, but the demo ran fine as a fullscreen windowed opengl , no jerkiness , i still feel that this can be improved somehow , but it think that this is the new frontier of internet entertainment...
Check my code in the c/c++ section :

call that interactive, blergh.
sorry for being a party pooper.
you used to be able to fit a game on a disk, then you used to be able to fit a game on a cd, then you used to be able to fit a game on a dvd, now you can barely fit one on your harddrive.

This.

I wasn't amazed by "interactivity", it was just visually stunning for a browser thing imho

Fireside, it won't work with Firefox on the grounds the app uses web audio and video, so it's definitely aimed for Chrome at the moment. What sort of hardware are you running though? As long as your video card is OpenGL ES 2.0 compliant, it should be smooth sailing for you.

The demo is impressive, but not just because of WebGL. Web audio played an important role here as well. It's a smoother experience and you can hear it when the audio fades, crosses over, and plays smoothly in loops with low latency. The musical stand was an interesting tech demo for that as well. This is pretty much what I've been saying for a long time because good audio and graphics support is an absolute requirement. Mozilla needs to step up and get that API implemented pronto.

v71, the demo could be improved, but for what Unit9 was tasked with I think they did a good job using HTML5 over the typical Flash sites you see with these movies. I'm sure after seeing this, Disney and other companies will be more open to the idea of games and interactive content using this technology.

I have an Nvidia 5700 I think. I bought it used from my nephew a few years back. It's never worked well with Chrome in webgl. At least it didn't crash as it usually does. The computer is too old to upgrade, so I just try to get by. I saw the spinning card during loading, but afterwards a black screen.
Currently using Blender and Unity.
