(1) Run java applications and applets by double-clicking class files in Windows explorer.
(2) Launch java source code in text format and class hierarchy in graphic format by right-clicking class files in Windows explorer.
(3) Create Windows exe files for Java applications with user icon, arguments, system, user and sibling classpaths
(4) Create executable Jar files for Java applications with default or user manifest files.

Isn't this a pretty easy thing to do one time by setting the file properties in windows? I think installing the JRE actually sets this up in windows automatically.
