After over a year of work, Feedtank is proud to announce Pangolin, a physics-based-action-arcade-puzzle-platformer... or something. Basically, you use two fingers to make trampolines and bounce a strange creature around.

We are a small team (two!) and this is our first completely self-funded, self-released app. We put a lotta time and effort into this game, and hope it shows. What started as a quick prototype ended up completely taking over our lives for a few months.

It will be available in the store December 12th.

We'd love to hear your thoughts (on the trailer, screenshots, etc...)!

love the graphics style!
neat trailer too, is there a demo for pc? or is it only hand held...
you used to be able to fit a game on a disk, then you used to be able to fit a game on a cd, then you used to be able to fit a game on a dvd, now you can barely fit one on your harddrive.

Thanks!!! Only iPhone for now. iPad soon.

Unfortunately, the interaction currently needs a multi-touch screen (to quickly define the trampolines' end points). If we could think of a way that the interaction would work on a PC we'd definitely consider it.

Perhaps players could dual-wield mice. :D (I wonder if PC operating systems even support multiple simultaneous mice...) In any case, though, this could surely work on the new Win8 touch tablets/laptops. But I'm sure Android is a higher priority before you get to Win8... :)

Dual mice. That's a great idea. Might take some driver hacking or something, but if we could actually make it happen, it could make for a very cool experimental game. I would love to see that. We've definitely have the experimental interface stuff in our DNA.

You're right though, we could definitely make it work for the Win8 touch tablets... and Android would probably be a bigger priority.

The game was made in cocos2d. Maybe if we port it to cocos2d-x we could kill two birds with one stone and do both, although I don't know enough about cocos2d-x to say how realistic that is.
