Ok this is what i am doing, i have 3dsmax 2012 installed, i have the panda exporter plugin installed, i have a rigged model in 3dsmax that has the physic modifer to hande bone movement with the vertexs, when i export .x and then run the .x in a model loader that supports animations , the animations dont play but it says it has animations in the top left and it has 35 bones, this is really starting to pee me off big time and i would like expert help on the issue if i can , thanks

.x is a rough format. Without something giving you some kind of error message, it's pretty hopeless. You could try some modelers that import it and see if they give any errors. Blender imports it but you have to check it in the import section and they've made some major mesh changes so not much is working. Milkshape3d imports it and they have a trial version that is fully functional. .x can be read with an editor. It's in English, and the animation section is at the bottom, so you could just take a look and see if anything doesn't look right, or if there is any animation data.
Currently using Blender and Unity.

instead of using biped you should consider giving cat a try for animation. biped isnt and was never really user friendly
